Housing options information guide

Does where you live meet your needs? If not, our information guide can help you think about options to help you live more comfortably – from making adaptations at home to moving somewhere new.

This guide goes through options you could consider if you're finding it more tricky to manage day-to-day where you are currently. It covers:

  • making changes to help you stay living where you are
  • moving to a new house
  • moving somewhere with more support, such as a care home.

It also lists lots of useful organisations that offer more specialised help and support if you need it.
