Since it began, Age UK's Leeds Abbey Dash has raised over £4 million to support older people across the UK.
These vital funds have helped Age UK provide expert advice, essential services and much-needed friendship to older people when they're needed most – and by running this year's Leeds Abbey Dash, you can help us continue to be there.
Entries will close at midday on Tuesday 8th October, or when capacity is reached – whichever is sooner.
We'll send you your running number, timing chip - and if you bought one, we'll post your official Leeds Abbey Dash 2024 technical t-shirt in early October. Your Race Day guide with details of everything you need to know about the day will also be emailed to you in October.
Whether you need more information about your entry, the support you'll receive or the event itself, we're happy to help.
