Let’s hear from John who received support from our Advice Line.

Previously John had a busy life, however he was now limited in what he could do and was recovering from surgery. He contacted Age NI’s advice line to see if he was entitled to more benefits.

"I was registered for benefits I didn't even know existed. The increase in my pension credit, has been life changing. That difference of having a few extra pounds every month means I can get out, travel and meet up with people. My entire lifestyle has changed, and my health has really improved.
