Older people's charity hosting a Spring Wellness event at the Dewi Sant Centre in Pensarn, Conwy

Tuesday 19 March 2024 between 1pm and 3pm 

Age Cymru’s HOPE project is hosting a Spring Wellness and Wellbeing event on Tuesday 19 March 2024, from 1pm to 3pm, at the Dewi Sant Centre in Pensarn, Conwy.   

HOPE (Helping others participate and engage) is a partnership project delivering independent advocacy for older people (50+) and their carers across Wales.     

The event will provide information and support to help those aged 50 or over, and their carers, to keep well this springtime.   

There’ll be information on a range of issues including advocacy, claiming benefits, housing, community safety, and how to reduce your energy bills.   

There’ll be more than twenty organisations attending including Age Connects North Wales Central, Warm Wales, Care and Repair, Dwr Cymru, North Wales Police, and the Conwy Community Wellbeing Team. 

And of course, there will be free refreshments throughout the event and a free goody bag to take away.
